How does the diaphragm pump work?
The pump is driven by an ac or dc motor
At the front of the motor is a valve assembly consisting of two to five valve pump cavities. Each chamber has a diaphragm behind it, located in the lower pump housing. As the motor shaft rotates, the internal CAM behind the diaphragm pushes the diaphragm forward, and then back in a continuous sequence, creating a suction. When this suction is formed, the fluid passes through the inlet and enters the outlet through various valve cavities
The flow rate is determined by several factors, including the number and size of the pump chamber, CAM offset, operating pressure, and fluid viscosity

Notes for use
1. Do not soak in water.
2. Pressure adjustment screw shall not be adjusted at will. Before delivery, the pressure has been adjusted, if arbitrary adjustment, easy to increase the pressure of backflow, easy to burst the pipe.
3. Filter device must be installed at the inlet, and no impurities can be entered. Otherwise, easy to plug the pump, resulting in pressure reduction and even water.
V. common faults and troubleshooting
1. With electricity, the pump does not turn. Check the wire on the back of the motor.
2. The pump turns and sprays water, but the fog is small and the pressure is reduced. Open the pump and check if there is debris in the pump chamber. If the motor bracket is loose, tighten the screw. Note that the inlet and outlet valves should not be reversed.
3. After the water pump is used for half a year or a year, the amount of spray can be reduced by pressure. Open the pump and tighten the motor support screw; Change the direction of the small die in the cavity from top to bottom, or replace the small one.
